Please note: Refund Policy is not applicable, if you are making payment for second month of running and managing project onwards for more months or time. If you are paying for the second month and onwards, then you are satisfied with the report of first month and cannot claim for refund.

It is essential to ensure full understanding of work and almost no possibilities of any project cancellation, dispute or reversal.

Cancellation Policy – Please Go Through Them

• • You as a subscriber can submit the cancellation order for a particular service within 7 to 10 days of service agreement through prescribed cancellation form that is available on official website of Yukti Digital.
• •Cancellation policy doesn't work for the services that are offered with promotional discounts on special occasions like Christmas, New Year, Independence Day and others. Not to mention limited edition offers; thus any range of refund would not be possible.
• •If cancellation is posted within 12 hours of paying fee, 90% payment will be refunded.
• •If company doesn't receive next payment within 7 working days, services can be cancelled.

Refund Policy – Note Them

• • From start to finish, every service offered by Yukti Digital takes different course of actions to get accomplished. In this way, refund policy differs from one service to other.
• •Refund condition of payments are applicable in case we have received the agreed amount in defined time frame . If there is deduction in payment or any kind of break in the stipulated time frame, no refund will be made.
• •Different set of resources are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. In this way, a refund would not be entertained for the work that has already been completed.
• •Any fee or payment made in the form of administrative fee or installation charges will not be refundable.
• •Taxes that are paid on service levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
• •If services gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in company's Terms & Condition section, will not be refundable.
• •There is no any refund policy for the services that are placed under same day delivery.
• •If any delay or service disruption happens for the reason of third party involvement, Yukti Digital is not liable to pay refunds.
